Excerpt from my February newsletter. Let me know if you want to be added to the mailing list!

The Year is whizzing by…, for you too? I am marveling at how many cool teaching/learning opportunities I was honored to be apart of in February. My mentor/teacher/and dear friend Dale Rhodes, the one responsible for training me in all things Enneagram, hosts a monthly Literature & Film group focusing on Type. When his class was watching a gripping emotional movie with Type 4 characters he asked me to be a guest speaker & share my thoughts not only on the movies rendition of my type, but what it’s like being a Type 4 in general. What fun and such a treat for me! If you’re interested in new creative programs I invite you to check out Dale’s website for upcoming opportunities. Click HERE. He’s engaging in Type specific online fun plus other ways to connect to community.
Some of my professional colleagues and I from Enneagram Professionals taught a Parenting Workshop with the Enneagram Centers of Intelligence (Head, Heart, Body) as a focus. Having to switch from an in-person format to Zoom—thanks to an unexpected February winter storm—turned out to be a valuable opportunity rather than a setback. It allowed us to develop a template for continually teaching parents through the Enneagram. The experience was fresh, exciting, and a joy to collaborate on with such skilled leaders in the field! If you’d be interested in attending a workshop like this or know others who would, please reach out. My friends and I have it all dialed in and can present either locally or virtually with the help of technology!
I finished up a round of training through the Narrative Enneagram and made friends within a cohort of Type 4s from around the globe which has been refreshing and fun for me to collaborate with. I will be training throughout the year with the Narrative Enneagram tradition and have grown to appreciate their EnneaPerspective highlighting the spiritual, psychological and emotional freedom one might find in utilizing the Enneagram as a tool for personal growth.
Unfortunately, EnneaDate for Type 2s didn’t take place this time due to a lack of signups for the monthly meetup. However, I’m not letting this discourage me—I truly believe that hosting these gatherings is part of my purpose this year. So, we’re moving forward with EnneaDate for Type 3s on March 19th!
At EnneaDate March 19th we’ll meet at The Agency in NW Portland, a swanky venue complete with a speakeasy where light snacks and drinks will be served. Our focus will be on Type 3s, those successful Achievers who swear they aren’t image conscious, but excel in their careers, work hard to maintain a polished image, and will adapt to social expectations to ensure they are perceived positively. We’ll find out how we can get to know better & support our Type 3 friends/partners at EnneaDate. My very special Type 3 Beloved will be there as ‘exhibit A’. Bring your loved ones & friends!
My resources for spreading the word are limited, so if you could share this email or, like a thoughtful friend of mine did, include this information in your business newsletters, I would deeply appreciate it.
